Consulting missions are intended for performing arts companies and project initiators, regardless of their stage of development. During consulting missions, Scopie’s team offer advices and expertise to help you define and prioritise your objectives and tasks. As the idea is to ‘do with’ and not ‘instead of’, together we define the strategy to be adopted and you carry out its operational execution, keeping your Scopie consultant informed of the progress. These consulting missions can focus on the theme of your choice or be cross-sectoral. They take the form of a three-hour meeting per month, at our office in Frontignan or by videoconference.
